Deliveries
Unless otherwise selected, all products are dispatched on a standard next day* carrier to arrive on a work day between the hours of 8.00 a.m. and 8.00 p.m.

*Next Day delivery is NOT guaranteed, expected eta 1-2 business days after dispatch* – BULK orders, i.e pallet quantities, MAY incur a longer delivery time, or a surcharge for 1-2 day delivery – Customers will be contacted before the order is processed
Returns
Online, mail and telephone order customers have the right to cancel for a limited time even if the goods aren’t faulty.
Simply notify GT Online within 14 days of receiving your goods. Then return the goods, at your cost, in unused condition, complete in the original packing, within 14 days of cancellation.
We will refund your original purchase amount less carriage within 14 days of receiving the goods back.

Return requests received after this period will be considered on an individual basis. Such returns shall be subject to a restocking charge equal to 20% of the price paid for them by the Customer, as stated in Terms & Conditions
